Things You’ll need:
Manchurian balls, Hakka noodles (cooked), veggies (spring onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, potato), one cup fried rice, French fries (optional), sizzler sauce, Big cabbage leaves and a sizzler plate.
How to prepare Manchurian:
You just need corn flour, salt and the veggies. Collect all the vegetable that are given above. Mix the veggies with corn flour; add some salt to the mixture. Now prepare small balls from the mixture. Take some oil in the pan and then deep fry the balls properly. For gravy, you will need some oil in the pan, let it heat. Now add the veggies and let them cook for 15 minutes.
Once it is fried, add some soya sauce, chili sauce and Manchurian Masala that can be easily found in the market. Now add two cups of water and let the gravy cook for a few minutes.
Once the gravy is ready, add the Manchurian balls to it.
How to prepare fried rice:
You’ll need 1 cup of boiled rice and some finely chopped veggies (spring onion, carrot, potato, cabbage). Take some oil in the pan; let the oil heat for five to six minutes. Now add the above given veggies to the oil. Shake the stuff well and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add some salt, soya sauce, vinegar, and green chili sauce. Put some Miracle Masala into. Now add the cup of boiled rice and mix it well for 4 to 5 minutes.
Prepare the perfect sizzling platter:
To make the sizzler sauce, melt some butter in the pan and stir it with 2 spoons of sesame oil. Now add some sesame seed and red chilies to the oil. Soon after this, add some salt, lemon juice and 2 small spoons of soya sauce to it. Mix it well for 4 to 5 minutes. Leave the mixture for a few minutes and then grind the mixture and prepare the smooth paste. You can also add some water while grinding (if required).
Now place your sizzler plate, over the stove and let it heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure that the plate gets heated completely. Spread some big cabbage leaves all over the plate and let it heat for a while. Now add the bowl of fried rice on the right side of the plate. Similarly add the Hakka noodles on the other side. In addition to this, neatly arrange the Manchurian balls in middle. Spread the gravy. Now in the final step, you have to make the plate sizzle. For this add some hot butter all over the plate and pour the freshly prepared sizzler sauce over it. Spread the sizzler sauce on the plate. Add a pinch of ajino Moto, oregano and French fries (if required).
